Payment & Transaction Information
mp01 supports payments in Indian Rupees (INR) via UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Net Banking, and other recognized methods. Deposits usually reflect instantly; withdrawals are subject to verification and may take up to 24 hours or longer depending on the chosen method.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of payment details and any charges or delays incurred by banks or intermediaries.
mp01 reserves the right to withhold payouts if suspicious activity or violations are detected.
Limitation of Liability
mp01 provides the platform as a service and disclaims any liability for losses, damages, or interruptions arising out of your use or inability to use the services.
Under no circumstances will mp01 be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Users participate at their own risk and are encouraged to play responsibly.
Account Policy – Suspension & Closure
mp01 may suspend or close accounts for breaches of Terms, suspicious transactions, or legal requirements. When accounts are closed, user balances will be returned following verification and pending bet settlement.
Users may voluntarily close their accounts by contacting support but are encouraged to review outstanding transactions beforehand.
